These terms cover your use of the Mensi website at mensi.ai. Use of the Mensi platform itself is governed by the agreement your firm or company signs with us, which takes precedence over these terms where the two differ.
1. Who we are
"Mensi", "we" and "us" mean the company that operates mensi.ai and the Mensi platform. You can reach us through the contact form on our homepage.
2. Using this website
You may browse this website and contact us through it. You agree not to:
- interfere with the website, probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or overload it with automated requests;
- copy, scrape or republish its content beyond what normal browsing and sharing links require;
- submit false information, or information about another person without their permission, through our forms.
3. No professional advice
The website describes our product. It is not accounting, tax, legal or investment advice, and you should not rely on it as such. The figures, companies and invoices shown in product illustrations are fictional examples.
4. Payments
Mensi prepares payment runs for a person to approve. Mensi never signs payments and never moves money. Approving and releasing a payment is always done by an authorised person at your bank or payment provider.
5. The Mensi platform
Access to the platform at app.mensi.ai is by invitation. Your use of it, including how your data is handled, what each party is responsible for, fees and service levels, is set out in the agreement between your firm or company and Mensi.
6. Intellectual property
The website, its design, text, graphics and the Mensi name and marks belong to Mensi or its licensors. Other product names and logos shown on the website, such as those of accounting systems, banks and payment providers, belong to their respective owners. Showing them describes systems Mensi works with or is building connections to. It does not imply that those companies endorse Mensi.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
8. Disclaimer
The website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it, including that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, Mensi is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
