This policy explains what personal information Mensi collects through mensi.ai and the Mensi platform, why, and what choices you have.

1. Who we are

"Mensi", "we" and "us" mean the company that operates mensi.ai and the Mensi platform at app.mensi.ai. For anything in this policy, contact us through the contact form on our homepage.

2. This website

What we collect. When you use the Talk to us form we receive your name, work email, firm or company, the type of team you selected and any message you write. Like any website, our hosting provider also processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to serve the site and keep it secure.

How we use it. We use form submissions only to reply to you and to follow up about Mensi. The form is delivered to our team by email. We do not sell it or share it with anyone else for their own marketing.

Cookies and analytics. This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser requests them.

3. The Mensi platform

The platform processes financial documents and records, such as invoices, receipts, vendor details, ledger entries and payment information, on behalf of the firms and companies that use it. For that data, our customer decides what is processed and why, and Mensi processes it on the customer's instructions under our agreement with them. If your information is in a customer's books, for example as a vendor or employee, please contact that customer first. We will help them respond.

For the people who sign in to the platform we keep account details such as name, email address, role and sign-in history, plus a record of the actions they take. That record is part of the audit trail the product provides.

4. Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run Mensi. They process data only to provide their service to us.

Where a customer connects other systems, such as an ERP, a bank or a payment platform, data flows to and from those systems on the customer's instructions.

5. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States, Canada and the European Union. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

6. How long we keep it

We keep contact form messages for as long as we are in conversation with you, and delete them when they are no longer needed. Platform data is kept for the duration of the customer's agreement and then deleted or returned as that agreement sets out, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

7. Security

We protect data with encryption in transit and at rest, access limited to the people who need it, and per-customer separation in the platform. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell affected customers promptly if a breach affects their data.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive a copy of it. To use any of these rights, contact us through the contact form on our homepage. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Children

Mensi is a business product and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and we will notify customers of significant changes.
